I am a rather quiet person, but can be very outgoing in the right
situation. I am honest, trustworthy, kind, gentle, and loyal. I
am a good listener, and I really do care about people. Others
have described me as someone you can count on to be there for you
and to follow through with what I promise. Others have told me
they admire me for taking care of my mother and my sister and for
the way I've grown in Christ before and after their deaths. I
guess my favorite peeve would be people whose only agenda is his or
herself....people who lie, don't really listen, are selfish and
don't give of themselves, are rude, etc., etc., etc. The #1 thing
people can do to please me is to be honest with me, to alwys tell
me the truth, to never lie to me about anything.
On a rainy or
snowy day, there is nothing better than to watch an old movie on
TV. I love to swim, hike, read, and go out to eat once in awhile.
I love history, especially the Old West and Egypt. I hate to
exercise for the sake of exercising, but I can hike for hours!
Currently I am working out at Curves 3 times a week, and I also
walk a lot. Recently I have gotten together with some friends to
play dominos once a week. I have never played before and am
surprised how much strategy is involved. I used to play different
card games a lot, but it's been years since I've done that. |
