I am usually an pleasant person to get along with..I have a lot of
friends at work and my church, but often have trouble making new
friends at social events. People can make me feel comfortable by
being pleasant, understanding, and sharing interests/activities
together, especially musical concerts, recitals, music theatre,
etc...
I have played bass guitar for over 40 years with a
variety of ensembles and bands...I currently play occasionally with
forgiven, a praise and worship team based at First Presbyterian
Church in Winchester, VA. I also have done some wood
crafts.
Fitness activities include walking, bicycle riding,
gardening, working out in the SU fitness room, some running, and
doing part-time yard work in the summer for several "empty-nest"
ladies. I am a Patsy Cline fan and have worked for several years on
committees and the International Fan Club to create a museum in
Winchester, VA. |
