have been upset. I don't stay upset too long because it drains too
much energy and life is too short. I like to solve issues
rationally without yelling or screaming and no hitting or throwing
things. If feel like it's all too much, I like to go take a walk,
take a long quiet bubble bath, see a funny movie or go dance it off
but not to get drunk. Just to something to take my mind away from
