Background in multi-unit foodservice and retail management & former
restaurant manager entrepreneur, currently in retail sales as a
consultant for high end kitchen appliances. Enjoy music (most all
kinds) but prefer contemporary / alternative / blues / hard rock
(must be from doin' the rock band thing in high school and
college). Enjoy the occassional Symphony on the Prairie. Would
enjoy learning to ballroom dance and re-learn swing dance. Enjoy
