I'd rather be with a woman who sees the glass as half full, and
looks for the positive in life's challenges rather than the other
way around. Laughing is essential. Perfection is impossible.
Although I don't think any of us truly wants to be alone, it's
better to be single than be in a bad relationship.

intellect will win me over. Physical attraction is a must but not
the be all, end all. Chemistry has to do with both.
I like
just about all types of music - still have a hard time with rap
though. I also can't remember the last time I picked classical

My Perception of an Ideal
Relationship:
After a 15-year relationship, I may be rusty about
this courting stuff, but I'm not jaded by divorce. It's even
clearer to me that there's not just one person out there. And even
if you get lucky and meet a winner, there's a mountain of work
ahead, no matter what. It's knowing that the work is worth it, that
the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, which redeems the
institution of marriage. I'm not looking to jump into anything, but
I'm a firm believer in chemistry and wouldn't turn my back on
someone incredible just because I'm somewhat recently single. A
perfect relationship is one in which the reality is not that far
from your fantasy. As long as you have a realistic fantasy, you are
bound to one day find your bliss. |
